Returns Policy

Order Modifications or Cancellation

After your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to contact our customer service and request order modifications (such as quantity, billing address, shipping address,...) or a cancellation.
If you want to cancel your order, you must pay 10% of the total order value. This is the fee that we have to pay the bank to refund you.
If you want to cancel after the order was being produced, we will refund 50% of the total order value.

After 24 hours, your order has already been placed in production and can no longer be modified.

Damaged/Incorrect Order

If you receive a damaged item, poor-quality printing or incorrect product. We guarantee a 100% satisfaction to all of our customers by offering a free replacement order or a refund on the affected items.

All we need is your order number and a clear photo showing either the incorrect item, the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item.


Important note

We aren’t responsible for refunds or exchanges due to incorrect fit issues, don't like or don't need after you have received the package.

Buyers assume all risks when choosing the style and fit of their purchase. To better help you in choosing the right size, we have made available a size chart in each product page.

Conditions of return

Contact us within: 3 days of delivery. We will refund the cost of the goods, excluding all delivery charges. 

The product is unwashed, unworn and unused.

Please ensure the package is secured and wrapped well before returning and include details of your order number and whether a replacement or refund is required.

Include a full description of why you are returning the item. Any faulty item must have a full description of what the fault is. Please obtain a proof of postage from the Post Office when you send it.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale
