2) How long will it take for my package to be delivered once shipped?
Once your order is placed online, there will be an in house processing time, usually 3-9 Days (Depends on the product) before your order is shipped.
USA Deliveries - Dispatch times are 7-20 Days (Depends on the product*)
UK Deliveries - Dispatch times are 15-20 Days (Depends on the product*)
Worldwide Deliveries - Dispatch times are 20-30 Days (Depends on the product*)
All of those days we mentioned was business days and days that it doesn't (weekends + holidays). Each carrier has their own holiday schedule, with common sense overlaps.
*Note: This is the delivery time. Excluding production time. Please read the production and delivery information in the description of each specific product.
3) How do customs fees apply to International packages?
All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Though we cannot predict what your particular charges will be, you can contact your local customs office for more information regarding your country's custom policies. Any Packages returned due to customs fee not paid, will not be refunded.
4) How do I report a missing or lost package?
Sun Sun Store will not refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout process was inaccurate or incomplete.
If your tracking says your package was delivered but you did not receive it or the package is missing, it is your responsibility to first contact your local carrier to report the issue concerning your stolen/lost/undelivered parcel. Once you have contacted the Post Office concerning your stolen/lost/undelivered parcel, please email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org along with your open case number from the shipping carrier for the lost package and we will work with you to see if we will need to re-send your order or issue a refund on a case-by case basis.
